Hrithik Roshan got hurt while shooting for Karan Johar's 'Agneepath'. In a scene being shot at Versova, Hrithik was required to break a coconut on the ground. During one of the several takes, he injured his fingers. Only when the scene was cancelled did someone realise that Roshan's hand was bleeding.

Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan critically hurt himself while shooting for a stunt sequence for Rohit Shetty’s Bol Bachchan. The actor reportedly had to get 6 stitches on his head, above his eye. Abhishek was filming a stunt sequence with a cycle rickshaw, when he got wounded.
Vivek Oberoi
After Abhishek Bachchan in 'Bol bachchan' and Hrithik Roshan in 'Agneepath' Vivek Oberoi is latest actor to join the injured bandwagon. Vivek was shooting for an action scene for his film 'Zila Ghaziabad'. During one shot he fell on his back and injured himself.
