Silvio Berlusconi known as Sex-scandal PM of Italy appeared in court yesterday. He is much known these days for his sex scandal and growing salary which is £35million annually.
PM in Courts
Monday’s hearing in his hometown Milan was in relation to alleged tax fraud over the sale of TV rights. Details of his huge salary emerged as the case started.
When he was going to appear into the court he was flashing four fingers as he arrived at his fraud case hearing. |
This was his fourth trial. The others three includes abuse of office and under-age sex at one of his infamous "Bunga Bunga" parties.
Higher Income, a problem
He declared his salary which is jumped from £20million in 2009 to £35million in 2010.
Reports say he owns several properties in Italy and a Caribbean pad but according to him he had not bought any "cars, yachts or other luxury items" last year.
Separated from his wife
In his marital status Berlusconi he listed himself as "separated" from his wife Veronica Lario. She is divorcing him after it emerged he attended a model's 18th birthday party.
Mondays are Ok for Berlusconi
Berlusconi, who is estimated to be worth £5billion, is ready to attend all the hearings, he say are on Mondays. According to him, “I am too busy with affairs of state to go on any other days”.
