Still after many efforts of Governments to improve the standard of primary education, the actual condition remains disgraceful. In Taj city 'Agra' there is a Govt. primary school in which, children study on the running lane, full of stinking drains. This schools doesn't have its school building from the last four years, responsible officers knew the condition very well, however nothing has changed yet.
