First time on Sunday Lucknow hosts National level cycle Race at KD Singh Babu Stadium. UP CM Akhilesh Yadav inaugurated this national cycling event. The CM also urged the people to take up cycling for the sake of health and environment. This 60Km cycling race was won by Amarjit Singh of Punjab. After being more happy, CM increased the prize money from Rs 1 to Rs 2 lakh for the winner and from Rs 60,000 to Rs 1 lakh and Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 for the subsequent winners.
