In mid 2013 Kadarnath Temple and valley felt so much disaster caused by heavy rainfall and melting of Chorabari Glacier in Kadar Valley, Uttarakhand. After this, in order to restore valley including Kadarnath Temple, Uttarakhand Govt. initiates a safety wall project. This safety wall will do secure the temple and valley from heavy water flow and moving boulders from upside of the temple.
