Make a habit to regularly clean your keyboard and desk. No matter how clean your desks look but there are innumerable hidden germs that you cannot see

with your naked eyes. Be careful while sharing desk while taking lunch. We shed around 30 to 40 thousand cells every minute so when you eat lunch at a shared desk, it might be possible that you are eating someone else's skin and bacteria.

Always wash your hands with soap and water after using the toilet. Follow it religiously so that it should go with your nature and come up like reflex action.

you through your hands. So inculcate habit of washing your hands when you arrive at work or get home.

Never keep the snack on the desk directly. Throw it even if it falls on desk. Never gulp the fallen food. It is bad habit and unhealthy too.
