Samsung Plus is now available in India with better processor. New Samsung Galaxy handset is light weight 
and measures 122.4 x 64.2 x 9.9mm. Phone runs on Android v2.3 (Gingerbread) OS platform. It weighs 119 grams.
The Galaxy S Plus has a 5 MP auto focus camera and VGA front camera and sports a 16M Color SUPER AMOLED Full-Touch 4" Display with 480 x 800 pixels resolution.
It offers user memory of 16GB, with 512MB ROM and 512MB RAM. The phone has a microSD memory card, which is expandable up to 32GB.
The battery offers a standard talk time of up to 17.3 hours-7.8 hours, and standard standby time of up to 430 hours- 480 hours.
Similar to the original Galaxy S, the phone comes with 3G, WiFi and Bluetooth. It is a DLNA certified device as well, which means you can connect it wirelessly to any other DLNA certified device.
Other options include a USB port and TV out port. The phone comes with a regular suite of Android (Google) apps like GMail, Gtalk, Maps, Push mail etc.
Galaxy S Plus costs close to Rs 22,000.
